Note to all: the consignor number is the last element in each auction Lot. Consignor #100 is the MPHS. All bids result in 100% of the monies going to the MPHS bank account.
APO Lot valuations are intended to follow in general the pricing guidance from Jim Forte’s Postal History store/website.
Volume discount: for the second successful bid on consignor #100 Lots, there is a 10% discount. For third and subsequent successful bids on consignor #100 Lots, a 20% discount applies.
