The most recent is the monograph <em>American Occupation of the Rhineland 1918-1923<\/em> by Jerry Miller. Also, a book by Russ Carter of <em>V-Mail envelopes of WWII<\/em> was recently published. MPHS members will be notified about the availability of the Occupation monograph. The V-Mail book is not a monograph, but is publicly available on Amazon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The 2nd quarterly issue of the MPHS Journal was mailed to members who paid for paper copies.
