Note that we now have a very favorable commission structure for those consignors willing to do some work: if you submit lots that you have described, have a minimum bid associated with each lot, and the total of the minimum bids is at least $100, then the MPHS commission is only 5% of the sale price for each lot, rather than the normal 15%.
