Back issues of the Bulletin are freely available to the public, up to the year 2017. YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF MPHS to access issues from 2018 onward. This date will be changed annually to reflect a "5-year moving window" of availability. You are ENCOURAGED to join the MPHS, in order to access this additional non-public information.
This is the easiest way to search for, and access back issues of the Bulletin. Go to the PRIMARY online index now.
As a result of using the above web page for searching the Index, you will be able to view and/or download each publicly available issue as a PDF file.

The same information used to create the Primary interactive Index was re-organized into a "reverse" Index. This Index is organized by year, and by issue within the year. All appropriate Index items are therefore listed under the name of each specific issue of the Bulletin.

The text-only Index documents are available for download and/or web viewing, and provide the index content as text. In this mode, it is up to the user to note the name of an issue of the Bulletin that is of interest, and manually access that issue. The easiest way to access the back issues is to identify the year and issue desired, and then go to the REVERSE index web page. That page will contain links to the PDF files on the MPHS website.
In addition to the MPHS webiste, back issues of the Bulletin are available at various philatelic libraries, such as The American Philatelic Research Library.
