Introduction for MPHS Historical Publications
Hello, I'm the /base/introduction.md
Overview and Introduction
Over the years, the MPHS has produced many excellent books. One of the primary subjects has been multiple volumes of books listing numbered military post offices (U. S. APO’s, etc).
Many of the books listed here were created from compilations of material and reports provided by members, often based on published details printed in the Bulletin.
The web pages you are viewing were created to describe each book published by the Military Postal History Society (MPHS) from that earlier era. (Since 2023, the Society has branched out into the publication of monographs, as well as publishing individual works that are provided for sale to the general public.)
At this time, there are over 53 different publications and formats available. The easiest way to look for those is a “search” web page of all publications.
Information on all MPHS publications may also be useful.
Each individual web page in this grouping describes a single historical publication.
