The Military Postal History Society proudly promotes the study of postal history associated with wars and military actions of all nations. One of the ways we seek to support our hobby involves collaborative efforts with other Societies and participation at Stamp Exhibitions or Shows. MPHS is participating as a convening Society at the upcoming Exhibitions and hopes that you will be able to attend and participate:

• PIPEX 2024, May 3-5 Portland, OR; with Rhodesian Study Circle & Society for Czechloslovak Philately
• CHICAGOPEX 2025, November 21-23, Chicago, IL; with American Association for Philatelic Exhibitors, American Society of Polar Philatelists (ASPP) & United Postal Stationery Society
• Boston 2026, Boston, MA. MPHS has made a financial donation for this International Exhibition.
• WESTPEX 2027, April 23-25, San Francisco, CA (with ASPP)

MPHS members are encouraged to display exhibits in these philatelic events and to participate in the program presentations organized by your Society.

CHICAGOPEX

For the CHICAGOPEX meeting we want to have a major showing of military postal history exhibits by MPHS members. To help that happen, MPHS will pay the frame feesfor each member to enter either or both of:

• One Multi-frame exhibit (up to 10 frames)
• One Single-frame exhibit

The show has told us that they can accommodate as many as 80-100 frames of our material, so we are extending this offer to MPHS members on a first-come, first-reserved basis for up to 100 frames.

Harold will see to it that interested members are sent a copy of the CHICAGOPEX 2025 entry form when it becomes available.

But Wait, There’s More!

In order to make this meeting truly memorable, we are hoping to put on a series of programs and seminars on November 20, 2025, the day before the show opens. This will take some planning and commitment by a number of our members, so it is not too soon to start working out the details. Whether or not you plan to enter an exhibit please contact Harold to let him know if you:

• would be likely to attend this event
• would like to present a program and/or participate in a seminar (with details on subject, equipment requirements, etc.)
