A PDF version of the Bulletin is now available for download. All paid members should have received a bulk e-mail that includes a direct (temporary) download link for the PDF file.
Otherwise, to access the Bulletin file through the MPHS website, go to the website page
You will be offered links that access the PDF file(s). However note that this mode of access requires use of the username/password that was specified in the bulk e-mail. Please refer to that e-mail for more information. Please do not share the password with others.
