How-To’s

The Military Postal History Society is very proud of the content of our website. We believe that we are supplying rich content to collectors and researchers. With this “richness” comes complexity, sorry to say. The links on this page should help you find what you are looking for on our website.

How Do I ‘Log In’ to the MPHS website?

A login username/password is only needed for certain member-only resources, such as the latest Journal newsletter. The vast majority of the website content is freely available for education and research.

The members-only password is changed quarterly, with each Journal issue, and it stays in place for the entire quarter. Members receive an email message announcing the new password and publication of the Journal. It is STRONGLY suggested that members retain that email content, should they need to access the members-only area of the website during that quarter.

The MPHS does not offer or maintain individual login usernames/passwords.

How Do I Find Back Issues of the Journal (Bulletin)?

The Society webpage maintains searchable PDF files of all known back issues (from 1937, up to 5 years previous to current), and makes them freely available to the educational and research community. These files are best accessed using:

a set of master INDEX and listings of Bulletin contents.

How Do I Find ‘ANYTHING’ on the Website?

Use the ‘search’ provided of the entire website. (Search provided thanks to Google)
